Dear Pete,

I would just like to thank you for a demonstration on exceeding customer expectations. When I agreed with you what was required for the event at the Don Valley Stadium conference room I didn’t really appreciate what I was getting.

I was left almost speechless with what I saw on our arrival at 7am. Not only had you installed the lectern, stage, backdrop and projector, you had done it on the evening prior to the event and then come in before me to ensure everything was okay. You then ensured that the sound and lighting levels were okay throughout the event.

I will be forever grateful for the work you put into this event and want to use you for the series of events that we are planning this year. Your professionalism and ability to maintain a discrete profile during the event sets a standard that will be hard to beat.
