Yes and No, we do not personally produce large custom sets, as this is a specialized area, where little experience can have severe safety implications, we do however work very closely with a number of exhibition stand contractors who will make a safe structure to your requirements, where we can implement whatever Audio Visual requirements you have in to the design.
Alternately we can customize our off the shelf packages to include custom colors and company branding. Please click here for our range of conference packages.
How much will a conference cost?
We have a number of guidance packages listed (here) but as no event or meeting is the same, by way of presentation or venue, we can add or remove microphones, speakers, lecterns, increase the projection screen size for presentations with smaller text, add more lighting for darker rooms etc. you get the idea! By far the best way to get pricing, is to discuss your requirements with us. We are used to asking the right questions to establish what your event requires and we will passably even give you some ideas to ponder over. Contact us for a bespoke quote

What is Projector Throw Distance and Minimum Projector throw distance?
Projector throw distance is the distance that a projector must be from the screen, in order to fill it. If you have the projector too far away from the screen, the image will be too large and overscan the screen edges but if you have the projector too close, the image will not fill the entire screen.
The throw distance measurement is written down as a ratio i.e. 1.55:1, which means for a screen size 1 meter wide, the projector must be sited 1.55 meters away from the screen, but because most projectors have a zoom function, you can place the projector anywhere between two points and the ratio for this looks like 1.55-2:1, meaning you can place the projector at any point between 1.55m and 2m away from the screen and adjust the ratio using the zoom function.
The main reason to be concerned about throw distance, is when using rear projection screens and the calculation of space required between the back wall of a venue and the screen. We state a minimum throw distance for our projectors when used with various screen sizes but because throw ratios are calculated from the front of the projector's lens, it is important that we allow for the length of the projector and any cabling that will protrude from the rear of the projector.
So in reality the minimum projection throw that we state, is the actual minimum distance from the back wall of a venue, that you can place a screen and fill the entire surface using the given projector.
