The term "Corporate Event" covers a large variety of gatherings but at Purple Wave AV, we define a Corporate Event as a gathering of people, where enjoyment is high on the agenda!
Because of the variety of reasons to hold an event, there are a variety of solutions to provide.
There is no such thing as a typical event, as every event is different but if there were a typical event it would read something like this.
There would be some background music while your guests arrive, a focus point to the room would catch the attention of your audience at just the right moment, maybe someone known to the audience enters the stage to a punchy appropriate music track, or the room plunges into darkness and with a flash and a bang your new product is revealed, in all it's glory to flashing lights and loud music.
The audience would be directed to some form of refreshments, before the event is notched up a level, maybe by a launch video or celebrity presenter.
Now on with the purpose of the event. Welcome David from sales onstage to collect his award for the highest sales record or maybe a local hero to collect a community award, or even hosting that auction for the local hospital. The possibilities are endless!
